When is Root Canal Needed?
Root Canal Treatment is needed when the associated blood vessels and nerves of a tooth have irreversible damaged. The damage could be triggered due to various reasons like trauma, fracture and deep cavities that affect the nerves.
What Are The Signs & Symptoms?
- Pain in the tooth (worst when lying in bed at night).
- Swelling in your jaw.
- Pain on consuming hot and/or cold foods.
What Is The Treatment Process?
Dr Nishant Kapoor will save the affected tooth by removing the diseased nerve tissue and then filling the nerve chamber after it is fully cleaned. After the completion of the treatment, the tooth can function like a normal tooth. There is a risk of the infection spreading if it is left untreated.
How Many Visits Are Required?
One to Four visits to Dr. Nishant Kapoor may be required for the treatment of Root Canal.
